From the moment I walked through their doors, I was treated like a person—not a sale. I had a lot of questions, a lot of concerns, a very specific idea of what I needed in a vehicle, and, quite honestly, a lot of uncertainty about what the right decision was going to be. Through all of it, Sam(Basam) and Allen were patient, respectful, honest, and genuinely invested in helping me find something that would actually work for me. There was a LOT that went into getting to the finish line with my 2023 Jeep Cherokee Altitude Lux. There were vehicles to consider, numbers to work through, financing to navigate, questions about comfort and fit, features to investigate, concerns that came up along the way, and more than a few moments where I wasn’t sure which direction I was going to go. Allen never made me feel pressured to simply “make the deal.” He listened. He worked with me. He answered my endless questions 😂, advocated for me, and kept working on things when they weren’t straightforward. When something came up that needed to be addressed, he didn’t disappear or make excuses—he dealt with it. And Sam(Basam) deserves just as much recognition. What I appreciate most about Capital Dodge is that the relationship didn’t suddenly end when the paperwork was signed. Allen continued to stand behind the deal and make sure the things that needed attention were taken care of. That says a LOT about a dealership. They got me in last minute, while I was on a cross country trip, to diagnose and repair an issue that I had after another dealer had done a great job for me. My Wife and I recently bought our second Jeep Wrangler from Capital Dodge. This last experience was amazing to say the least. I have done business with a few different Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, Fiat dealers in the Greater Ottawa and QC region to establish who I want to be my primary dealer service center. I can tell you hands down Capital Dodge is my dealer of choice and should be yours too. It can be difficult to replicate a noise problem, but the team of Capital Dodge (Thank you Ryan Rodney & Isaiah) they really took the time to listen to my challenge and did everything they could to find and isolate what my problem was. With their savvy diagnostic equipment and great technicians, they were able to pin it down and provide the solution. I was greatful for them having the knowledge, know how and equipment to get it done... Recently paid another visit working with Kyra there. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows her stuff. She is a great listener and understands your needs. Once again, the team was very focused on a solution and not just throw parts at a problem and if an item can be repaired without unnecessary replacement, they do it. They understand we are all in times of minimizing expenses. Don't lose time going else where to someone that may not know your vehicle and pay for unnecessary repairs. Harry Chen is the best salesperson ever! We bought a truck from capital dodge 4 years ago and I inquired about the coupe. Harry showed it and it was already cleaned and ready to go when we were there. Although the vehicle wasn’t for us because it was more sporty but comfy; but his sales were definitely the best. I would definitely recommend Harry Chen for your sales rep and he is the best. If I ever buy a car from capital dodge I would love to deal with Harry Chen. We have be coming here for years, since my parents bought a new van back in 2010. I don't think we ever had a major issue here with service. Sometimes it may take longer if it's busy or if they find something that takes a while to fix and/or have to order a part for, but that's all par for the course. While generally more expensive than a smaller non-dealer service centre, there is a lot of variable in quality, service and pricing with non-dealers. Whereas I would say with a dealer it averages out. Using both is advantageous if you find a good service center. In this case since we have been going there for so long, we've gotten to know some of the people there, including Ryan who has always been very receptive when we run into a problem. Overall a great place for service, as the van ages.

I went in to capital dodge not expecting to buy a truck but they had exactly what I was looking for in the used car side and Yahya was probably the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. He gave me a deal on my trade that was 8,000$ more than what I had been offered at other dealers. The price on the vehicle I purchased was great as well and it didn’t take 3 hours of my time, I told him what I wanted to pay and he made it work for me. He also followed up a few hours after collection and the following day to make sure everything was to my liking.

Our experience with Capital Dodge started out very positively. The initial reception was welcoming, and we were offered a generous and unhurried test drive, which we appreciated. A key point of our agreement was an extended warranty rebate, which we were told we would receive. However, when we received the fina documents, this rebate had been removed without any communication. It was only after we called to inquire that we were told it "couldn't be offered." After we complained about this bait-and-switch tactic, the price was finally adjusted, but the trust was already broken. After one year of ownership I have been impressed by the service department and modified the review.

I recently purchased a truck from Capital Dodge and had a great experience from start to finish. Yahya was my salesman, and he was professional, straightforward, and easy to deal with the whole time. He made the process smooth, answered all my questions, and didn’t make me feel pressured at any point. Overall, a 5-star experience, I’d definitely recommend asking for Yahya if you’re looking to buy a vehicle.
